its not photoshoped.... if u read the realese notes on the latest patch you would know that there are now shields that go up -5 rec and +60 health while hexed....

its almost perfect shield... i guess it would be worth something...

unbalance? dude there are shields out right now that are -2 enhance -2 stance... thats almost -4 always with the right teammates... how could a -5 (20%) unbalance?

since req 8, but its a buckler and just shy of perfect
