So to give you a more detailed answer.
The mods are okay, but lots of people dont like the vamp some people do. The +17% enchants is not that great.
The Axe isnt 15% but pretty close at 15%. the -5E is okay but the -10 Armor is sometimes preferred.
I would say as it sits, 100k is about max. If you were to put a +30 Grip and 10/10 Sundering, you might get closer to 200k for it but you will spend 80k on those mods.
And FYI if you bump it anymore you will get your post deleted

how does a weapon like that go for so much? personally i hate the vamp mods and th e-5 energy is a terrible mod for warriors.

dont mod it ... its not perfect you wont get the money back ... 100-110k is a good price range ... and its so much cuz its a chaos axe
