PC and Question on +30 health mod War axe

I'd love to just use the axe, but of course there is no 15^50. I'd like to keep the mod, but the problem is the chance of not harvesting it. As such the other option is selling as is. This I assume must lower the price since the getting the mod is not certain. So I was wondering what this would be worth if I sold it as is and whether or not you think it is worth the risk of an attempted and failed harvest rather than selling as is.

someone is only going to buy this to salvage the mod and because they dont want to risk to much money, u wont get much for it. I would take the risk but u would be loosing out on a few k if u get the wrong mod

salvage it, these are the weapons that the perfect mods come from

if you dont get the right mod, oh well, you didnt (shouldnt) have paid anything from it... but if you are scared :P
