Question about Fevered Dreams.

Search is currently down and the scrolls of insight thread on it ironically gave little to no insight on the question.

How do the conditions spread? For example:

Bob currently has Fevered Dreams and Poison on him. Stan comes within range of Bob after Bob received poison. Does Stan get the poison as well? In other words, does it spread conditions like Disease spreads, or is it just spread to whoever is in range when they receive the condition?

If it doesn’t spread like disease, what if a condition is renewed after someone enters the area? For example:

Bob gets hit with Apply Poison with Fevered Dreams on. Stan walks into range of Bob and Bob gets hit again with Apply Poison while he still has Poison, does Stan receive the condition even though it is not a new condition for Bob?

Conditions are only spread when they are first applied. Renewed conditions are not spread (ie| Target is poisoned/burning, and you reapply the condition before it ends).
