since the general public has, for the most part, wisened up about paying too much for a weapon with mods added on; in general, no adding on mods will not increase the price substancially. you may make SOME profit by adding on perfect mods...but not much (especially if the exising mods are already decent). that having been said, perfect mods in general (usually a +30 hp pommel; the hilt doesnt matter as much since those tend to be more of a personal preference) do make the weapon easier to sell.
