What quest in pre-searing gives the -20 health cesta as a reward?

It isnt a cesta that has the -20.

Its a divine symbol I believe.

And its the quest you get from the guy in AScalon City, where you go ask the guy outside and he makes you carry the beehives overthe bridge. The exact name falls me. But you can activate it right after your profession quest.
