New Guild Wars Holiday! YAY! ^_^

Hello all, after just being bored I thought of a great idea:

National 15k Armor Day!

On April 1st, I will be giving each person 100g or more (depending on how much I have at that time) to simply SHOW me their 15k/FOW armor! ^_^

I realize this is on April Fool's Day, so I will make sure you ppl believe it's legit. Here's a little about myself:

My name is John Baldwin. I'm in the U.S. Navy. We go "underway" March 7th and return March 22nd. I will be farming as much as possible until April 1st once I do come back.

My main ign is "Chaotic Dark".

If at anytime you'd like to ask me about the holiday I'm creating, simply contact me either way and I'll let you know it's legit.

Basically, I'll be making trips to International Lion's Arch Dist 1 through whatever at noon, 3:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 9:00 pm, and midnight *PACIFIC TIME ON ALL TIMES!*(unless I wake up too late or fall asleep too early **NO GARUNTEES ON EARLY AND LATE TIMES**) and give out 100g or more to the first 100 ppl per hour I see there that shows me their 15k/FoW armor. After I ring up 100 ppl, I will stop and you will have to wait until the next time frame.

Why am I doing this? For fun, and to take pics! ^_^ Also, if you want, feel free to dance away and take pics yourself of everyone looking their best! ^_^

Why is it LA international districts? So everyone can play! ^_^ All you have to do is show me your 15k/FOW armor and I'll give you FREE money! I realize that the districts may be full. If that's the case, I will travel to each and every district starting at Int. District 1 and go down until I can access one. So that means if LA int. dist 1 is full, I won't be going to that one. Sorry, but I can't be everywhere like the Mad King could. (Just think of me like Gaile Grey (hope i spelled her name right) or the frog).

Why is it on April 1st? I get back from sea early enough, it's not on my duty days (all nighters on the ship), and it's on a Saturday (a day where a lot of ppl are off work/school). I realize it's on April Fool's Day, so I want to let ppl know that I'm not making this up, I'm REALLY going to be there!

While you're at it, you can take pics of my male necro FOW armor dyed gold that I'm sure some of you have seen online. If not, here it is:

***If you don't have 15k/FOW armor, you DO NOT get any money!*** You have half a month to save up. At least buy one 15k armor part if you're really new to this game. You can do it in half a month.

Please spread the word out and make sure every guild wars fansite knows about this so they won't miss out either! ^_^ (I'm only going to post about this info on this site and on my guild's site.)

I don't have 15k, because I'm a cheapskate (I have too much money, yet I dont spend it (?)) but I have perfect gold boots on my ele (it was pure accident). Actually I'll probably buy some. Yes. Yes I will

I realize that it's not a lot of money. However, if I get more than 50k, I'll be sure to give out more. Anyways, you can all see each other and it'll be a great event! ^_^

Update: I'm farming trolls at a good pace. I should have about 50k in 2 days max, depending on my schedule.

Why do I have the felling that, when everybody with their 1337-armor is showing off, Chaotic is having a good laugh and goes playing HA or something like that?:P

He's obviously planning to take out all of the rich and greedy players with one diabolical plan. The frog-bomb will take care of these hoarders.

Remember, it's the first 100 ppl I see per district per time frame I CAN ACTUALLY GET INTO. If I can't get into the district, I'll switch over until I can. I won't waste my time continuously clicking on district 1 just for it to say, "District full."

I'm a man of my word. I have no plans that day. I'll try to make it just like a normal holiday. Pass the word!

Hehe.. my Necro has 4 sets of 15k armor and is working on her FoW armor.. I will be there to show off my armor but money.. nah don't think I'll need that.

Hmmmmm if i'm not mistaken isn't there a day called "St patrcks day" on the 17th of march? jk

Although i like the idea of the 15k/fow day i would love to see leprechauns and pots o gold all over the place this friday. We could get irish hats as a day gift and pints of guinness if u catch a leprechaun.....

I wouldn't mind seeing that either, but I highly doubt it since A-Net only celebrates big holidays like Holloween and Christmas.

Besides, I'm out to sea right now and I wouldn't be able to get a hat even if I wanted too.

Eh, I don't see the harm in showing up just to hang out. Count my 15k Drakescale clad Ranger in if I can make it.

If I remember, I think I'll show up just to see all the different kinds of 15k/FoW armor dyed in all the crazy colors people have come up with. Though I have a feeling there's going to be way too many dyed plain old black.

And, of course, I'll go to show off my monk's indigo FoW armor.
