What monster drops are worth keeping?

By monster drops I mean stuff like Encrusted Lodestone, Mossy Mandible, Skale Fins, etc?

There are so many drops, I doubt anyone ever would make a list what is good. And what is good for you depends on your character and your needs. If you are new in GW and still pre searing, just get all drop sand sell em to merchants, besides black dyes etc.

try ecto's and shards man... sell rest to merchant..in by means of monster drops not weapons
