I have reached Beacons Perch and done all the missions there was in the town. But i can seem to get to the other town. What must i do ? Can any one help me ?

There should be a mission aboput clearing the path for refugees. That leads you to a guy in the explorable area that gives you the next quest through the ice caves, and to the next mission.

More specifically, you'll need to follow the refugees quest into the Deldrimor Bowl (the exit to the North in Beacon's Perch) and then west into Griffin's Mouth. That will lead you to West and South into Scoundrel's Rise and then West into the Gates of Kryta (Cooperative Mission). Deldrimor Bowl, Griffin's Mouth, and Scoundrel's Rise are all explorable areas.
