I have a Grim Cesta that Halves casting + recharge on Soul reaping spells(20%), but there are not any soul reaping spells. So what does this do exactly. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

That's been there for a while, and has been the cause of many people making faces like this:

It's pretty much a useless collector's item, so you can either keep it for a laugh, merch it, or keep it and bet on there being soul reaping skills in ch.2 (which is highly doubtful).

There are also no Fast Casting skills, AFAIK, but unsure if there is a collector that improves recharge/casting speed on them

thanks, that is what I thought. I was hoping it would just halve casting/recharge on all necromancer skills(lol) wouldn't that be sweet , I think I will keep it for nostalgia. Thanks for the advice

Not true, all classes except Necromancer have skills assotiated with their primary attribute.

Elementalist's "Energy Storage" = 3 skills
Mesmer's "Fast Casting" = 1 skill
Monk's "Divine Favor" = 13 skills
Ranger's "Expertise" = 10 skills
Warrior's "strength" = 19 skills

Compared to..

Necromancer's "Soul Reaping = 0 skills

Then again, soul reaping happpens when ever something dies with in range of the necro, so A-net felt the soul reaping is powerfull enough with out skills. Just hang out is D'Lessio Seaboard a great example of how powerful SR is.

Actually, I believe there are 3 soul reaping skills already confirmed for Factions. All three of the skills provide some sort of effect when something dies. I could be wrong. There could very well be no soul reaping skills at all. Please don't pull out the flame throwers if I'm wrong.

Show us. I'd like to believe it, but I require proof, no offense. Way too many rumors flying around these days.
