I'd sell the Bone Staff to the Merchant.

The Falchion is worth something. I'm not up on my swords, but a req 9 15^50 is good -- plus I think a Falchion is a desireable skin. You're not going to get anything for the mods as they're not close to perfect.

I'll guess 15-25K ??, but do get another opinion as I don't how good the skin is. Skin is everything on all weapons.
