Monk Armor Choices...

List your favorite monk armor choices I know most of the build guids suggest full silk, but isnt their a less rare material dependant armor setup that would allow you to do just as good until you have enough cash/materials of your own to craft it. I'm currently a level 10 mo/wa and just made it to yak's bend. And I noticed that the new armor which I forgot its name subtracts from your mana pool but gives u mana regen in return which I guess isnt all that bad just wondering if I should get it or stick with my current wanderer's setup?
