my other lvl 20 characters have random arenas but i cant find RA on my new creative character, need answer for that, ty in advance.

you must beat 5 diiferent team builds in zaishen elite to unluck Ra, and then youll have to go on a 5 consecutive run in RA to unlcok TA!!!
