Hello! This is my first time doing this - everyone appears to be so very helpful online, so I am here pleading for all of your help!

I just found this in a FoW Chest:

Gold Chaos Axe
Max Dmg REQ8
+15% (while in a stance)
Lengthen of weakness increased duration by 33%
Enchantments lasts 18% longer

I am clueless as to the cost of this, I heard many varying prices ranging from 100k-200k, soooo..if anyone could clarify for me, I would greatly appreciate it! thank you!
