Spirit shackles doesn't give you energy, it makes the enemies lose it. Guilt with recovery is nice energy management, don't lose that.

Replace Spirit Shackles with Spirit of Failure and spam it on rangers and warriors.

Think the mantra still needs a recharge time slash, energy cost slash, and duration bonus to be usable in high end pvp.
Also Guilt/Shame need their recharges cut in half, if not in thirds.

Screw that, make it a passive effect on full FoW armor. And also give it +10% natural resist.
I love this skill, it shines nicely in interrupt builds + with empathy. Problem is it needs energy management, and I love my ineptitude too much

Just a little over powered, but hell there are so few pve mesmer I don't think anyone would even notice.

But personally I still think this skill needs serious buffs
Reduce cost from 10->5 Increase duration so it can stay up near continuously I mean it IS a stance, it IS mesmer primary only, it IS the only skill linked to this attribute, this IS one of the worse attributes (compared to expertise, divine favor), it will give mesmers a very powerful tool to use in PvE. While in PvP it will not be used at much due to the high # of other stances that will prove more useful (distortion, mantra of persistence, as warriors will bring critical blow to counter) I seriously think it would not make it that overpowered, just a very good skill. While we're at it we can restore Conjure Phantasm to its original stats and have the world respect mesmers once more.

I think spamming it at 5 recharge would be enough.

Use a 20/20 domination staff (5 huge jawbones in the vulture drifts, I believe) and spam it at 2.5s recharge.
And add a spell called power sink. When spell is interrupted, you lose all energy. Interrupted enemy loses that much energy, going into negatives if required. LightningHell
