Warrior Attribute Distribution Problem

I saw the following on gamefaqs.

Recommended Attribute Distribution:
12-10-8 : One specialise, one just above average, one just below average.

I'm going for the 12-10-8 and I can't get there. I'm level 20 and did the +15 attribute quest.

Right now I have 11 swords, 10 strength, 8 healing with 10 att. points left. Right now to get 12 swords I need 10 MORE att. points but how can I?

There's another 15 pt attribute quest... talk to Vanyi [Sanyi?] in Droknar's Forge.

Is it the second quest she gives? Because I just got a quest from her and it only rewards 500 exp. Maybe I'll get another quest for completing this one.

I am not sure what 'unlocks' the second 15-point quest. When I visited her, I was able to get the 500xp 'discovery' quest AND the 15-pt quest both... others reportedly only got the 15-pt quest after they turned the previous one in. I suspect that the 15-point quest is actually tied to completing a secondary class quest [you don't have to actually change your class, even though I did]. Just do the Minotaur one [elementalist?], it's a short jog from augury rock and easy-ishly soloable with henchies.
