hey where any of these fire wands nerfed? Some guys was spamming it in Droknors forge?

i do not beleive they have both been removed O_O havn't checked though

Unless it was done in the past... 24 hours, the last one wasn't nerfed. I saw it when I was bebopping around a little bit ago. Not sure about the first one, but neither of them are listed as nerfed by Anet on their latest updates.

So, in short, not nerfed.

No, the collector has a few variants of this wand. Just zone in and out of Nolani until you get the one you want. (The miss chance one is bad, bad, bad.)

There are a few instances of it, for example in the cities of ascalon quest, sometimes you get the -20hp scroll, and sometimes its -5 energy.
