The Storm Bow is a perfect bow while under enchantment and it require
only 8. It only need new mods on it. Its Ranger Spikers with OoV and OoB delight. ^_^

I think the Smiting Rod is perfect for Peace and Harmony users and
Elementalists (the +5 energy bonus). The 7% faster recharge time is
an extra that come with it. ^_^

I just don't know how to price them.

1) Don't know how far Stormbows have come down, but I'd say that this is around 75k. Could still reach 100k to right buyer perhaps.

I agree with Funda, except on the wand. I'd say 5-10K on it.
