Hi, A while back, I got ATI Radeon 7000 to help me play Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 better.
But now, my game is constantly crashing.
Usually, if I wait a while after starting to play, it will only crash right when I get to... I believe her name is Doreow in Pre searing.
Whats wrong? I tried Updated the driver, but now I cant see gradients properly... nothing blends right.

What did I mess up, and what will let me fix the problem and let me play?
Im getting a new PC in a week, but if I can, I would like to play GW now.

Intel Celeron
2.5 GHz
512mb RAM
80 Gb Hard drave space (Well, not as much right now, but thats what the system started out with)

Thanks!

You need a new graphics card.

Do you have a PCIe or AGP slot?
Give us a budget, etc.

Yah Radeon 7000 = Radeon VE = 1/2 Radeon 256/7200. In other words, a Radeon 7000 is half of the original Radeon from 2000.

Uninstall the drivers from within the Add/Remove Programs applet in Windows. Then install some fresh drivers from ATI's site. You can just download the Display Driver only package cuz Catalyst Control Center is going to be pretty useless for that card, and CCC is a very annoying and demanding program anyway.

That's my best guess. I know that even a Radeon 7500 isn't supported by Guild Wars officially, and a 7000 is lacking most of even 7500's features, so you're probably hitting some hardware incompatibility.

completely agree.

Let us know a budget to work with so we can help you out with that new pc. but that radeon 7000 is really scraping, and I am surprised it even let you install
