From the Mad Queen in Lion's Arch.. tigers are one of the new pets. Plus, in a screen-shot in the pre-order disc there is indeed a tiger attacking an enemy (I'm guessing it's an enemy, looks ugly)
But, we couldn't get anymore info out of the Queen.
I was hoping the tigers will be white, but I can't tell what color this one is in the pict.

How bout Pet Armors? It would be sweet to see your regular wolf in a nice modified version of for example Gladiators armor... or a Pig in Traveler Monk's outifit!! Plus you can dye those armors and we can even have an special pet parade event with blue ribbon prizes.

I'd love to see tigers, if they get it modeled by the guy who made the rank emotes and not the guy who made the wolf. Unfortunately, with tigers, there's a great possibility for a simple reskin of the Melandru's Stalker, which would just be aweful. I want new pets, not just new colorations of old pets.
I'd also love a turtle or some kind of bird of prey. The problem with the bird of prey is that in all the games I've seen them in, they're never done well. They always hover like a hummingbird instead of soaring like they should.
...I'd even be happy if they gave us a real wolf, and not the camel dog (thanks Vermillion Okeanos for that perfect description of our mutated friend) that we have currently.
