PC: Tall Sheild , req 9 Tactics , -4 Damage(19% chance)

Here is sheild , if its not to much to ask , ide like to know its value so i can sell it...

just sold shadow sheild (req 10 strength) -4 15% chance for 15k i would think you could do a lot better

recently I sold a req 9 eternal shield -4 dmg 18% chance for 15k you could probablly get more or around the same area
