GW Changed rounding now anyway, 14% and 15% do the same damage on swords now.

So having a 14% is like having a 15% just you can't show anyone to brag about your perfect item.

i've even got a req 6 brute, but that's not max dmg. however, if you find someone selling a max dmg mod, you can add that to the req 6 one along with the 15^50 from stu.
