Let us at least arrange an Unrated GVG with the option to edit the rules of the game. Here's what I had in mind.
Let us adjust the total attribute points per team from 200 for each person to 100 all the way to 500. Or more or less.
Allow us to set how much DP we get when we die, and how much morale we get from the flag. Maybe set a limit as to how many times each character is limited to die, or maybe make them go all the way past 60% death penalty.
Choose to fight with secondaries disabled, with no or limited runes, and with no or limited armor.
Everyone is limited to the same generic weapon.
Let us adjust the normal walking speed.
Choose party sizes of 2,3,4,5,6,7 or 8 per fight
Make limits on the skill bar to less than 8 or allow players to take none or all elites.
Let res sig recharge after time or an event
Choose how many ally NPCs your team has
Add in wild monsters running around the guild island that are not sided to either team
Adjust the life and protection of the Guild Lord, maybe give him just 1 life, or maybe up to 2,000 life.
Choose the skill layouts for your NPCs
Well that's all I could come up with for GVG, but you get the idea. Just have more options to allow us to make our GVG fight equal but different than always having the same stuff all the time.
PVP Options for a more skillfull way to play.

he is talking about a menu pops up and you can edit the rules of unrated gvg so it isnt allowed to go in with 200 attribute points when it is set to 100. <-- just an example

I agree with some of them, but they can also be done manually by just agreeing on rules. As for the attribute points, I don't really see the point, because it wouldn't help you practice for a rated GvG.
