Markis is a jerk. :/

So I went along to help a friend cap Barrage in Iron Mines. It's an all ranger work, Cept for me, I'm healing. The group worked very well, actually. How ever, when we get to where markis SHOULD be, we find this:

He's not there. Most of them went into panic mode saying things like "OMFG NO F'ING WAY!" or "WTF?! THIS IS BULL@$#%!!!"

So, we fight up aways to where Markis spawns, we get half where there, and what do we find? He's just standing there on the path. Not moving. Just standing there. Note our reactions:

Yeah, he's been doing that lately for some reason. When I was trying to get Leonich through that mission, I ended up doing it a few times because the groups I was with decided to give up when he wasn't at his normal location.

Jerks...

Anyway, it is kind of funny (knowing you). Why didn't you let me come though, you dirty jerk? Eh?

It happens. it is kinda funny though...

I never had a huge bug like that happen to me before.

this happened to me too...also devona spawned in middle of old ascalon and ran into the town...that one was weird

No, it ain't a glitch =p, You see...Markis does have a life you know, I guess he just wanted to go for a stroll. ^^

happen to mai group when we went tu infuse then finish mission.

markis was like all the way over to where you kinda meet the bonus. rofl.

He most of the time spawns in his little den with his buddies, or spawns way the hell back with his Big bad Mursaat Buddies. If he spawns in the back, then why not do the bonus since your already over there =P

That's happened to me a few times before, I found it rather irritating.

... although I had no idea that he would be somewhere else if he wasn't in his spot o_O

But yeah, I guess you can't blame him ... most of the time I was with an unorganized PUG, and it took us a while to get there. Perhaps he got tired of waiting around, and decided to go out for a beer with the Mursaat Elementalist ... *shrug*

Lina was late, and is now a Mo/N, spamming Offering of Blood like mad.
Reyna got herself a Pet, but putting points in Beast Mastery wasn't nescascerry.
Dunham finally capped Illusionary Weaponry, but he doesn't get Wands aren't affected by IW.
And finally Orion. He decided to hide behind walls more, so he doesn't get hit by Ranged enemies. Then he spams Flare, but he didn't find out why he's not damaging anything. But if they're dead because of team members, he cast a nice Fire Storm on the bodies.

Also they've learned the common sentances like "OMFG HEALSSzzz!!!1" and "RESsZZS LOOOL". They even leave occasionaly.

LOL Maxie, i guess i didn't download that update. Whenever everyone dies, and only lina and alesia are left, instead of rezzing, the run back in forth, on our bodies, for about 5-10 minutes. I guess they got angry...

I thought they fixed that bug like in Novemeber or something.
