I'm The Best

I hate it when people say they are the best. Like i was in a group that had a lvl 20 with a dragon sword and was saying he could never die and was the best. but in shiverpeak we went out and he was the first to die. Then he had to go blame it on the monks we had for not healing him. But if he never died then why need a monk?

People like that should stop being sooo selfcentered and open their eyes to notice that no one is the best. And that if they act like that then they probably have no friends or more self centered friends.

More likely they were 'raised' in a more tradtional MMO.

The ones that teach you that greed is good and uber lewt is king and you must zoom through to maximum level as quickly as possible to 'be' somebody. In other games, self-promotion becomes the goal...so egotism is an evolutionary advantage.

In this game, you aren't 'somebody' until you can show a guild near the top of the ranks. Team promotion is (or should be) the goal. This player can actually be a detriment to a team (as you pointed out).

You know, I had a guy in an early party once who was the exact same way, claiming he never died. I got tired of resurrecting him after a while, so I guess it's a good thing that he left in the middle of the game and the party disbanded shortly afterwards.

Shrug, then you aren't 'somebody' then (neither am I). But hey, having fun doing it, and I've never much worried about being worshipped for my mad skillz and phat lewt.

I love people that consistantly die early and always blame the monks.
