lord 20k is the usual price for a ids so id say thats a bit lowball but 30k would be max for this

you're right, but that bonus is not perfect (so most people will change it). just imHo

... considering kephets are about 10k ea now ... or less ... but a +28 wouldnt bump it 10k ... maybe 1 or 2 ... still wouldnt expected higher than 20k
