Still very viable.

Not very profitable most of the time. They'll no doubt be dropping you all horns in no time with everyone camping on them now until they figure out their next places.

I've gotten a few purples, but you know, I have more success simply opening Shiverpeak chests that randomly spawn there haha.

Well I like to farm the trolls for xp when I get bored, with a 3x scroll I think its around 6k xp a trip.

Started on the Trolls this weekend, now have 500 parchment and a very, very nice one dropped a gold max Wingblade, Req 8, 15^50 last night

I only farm trolls as part of my crop rotation. I've never gotten anything decent from them, just tusks and bladdy raven staffs. I'm sick to death of raven staffs, and more raven staffs.

Did I mention that I mainly get raven staffs from the trolls?

Btw heres something i didnt know when i started farming trolls, you can actually trade 5 tusks for a 125g item at tusk collector. so thats 25g each...more than 3 times the price you could sell at merchant!!!
Too bad i figured that out after selling 300 tusks + :P

No need for gladiators defence, just shield of judgement... the Tengu is eazy... make sure you'r packing breese and bonetti's def!

I got a 15^50 sephis axe at trolls with my warrior. Not knowing its worth I customized it. Needless to say, it became merchant food when I deleted my warrior. -.-

hate to say it but thats where i get an occasional black dye or rare fellblade drop from trolls. Avicaras there drop sup. gold armor from time to time.
