Necro pets and experience...

Do you get experience from anything that your pets kill, no matter if you've hit it yourself?

The reason why I'm asking is because I didn't notice the green numbers for experience gain show up when my pets killed stuff without my help.

If I summon like 20 pets and they go around killing stuff, but I don't get exp. for all of it, what's the point?

Is it possible that I'm getting exp. but it just doesn't show as the green numbers that usually pop on the screen?

Just tag the mobs with something, even a 2-3 damage wand, doesn't matter. As long as you hit the mob at least once you'll get XP.
