Dark damage: 11-22 (req. 9 curses)
Halves casting time of spells (chance: 10%)
Halves skill recharge of spells (chance: 9%)
Armor +5
Enchantmens last 17% longer

id quote forum rules on bumping, but search is down atm bleh... one bump every 24 hours, and as far as a pc ... 10-15k

not sure there is a bumping rule in pc forum. Price- 40-50k+

~60-80k is my guess.

pick the one in the middle ... personaly i started disliking global mods

and besides i got my req 10 curse 10/9 for 15k ... had a +5 energy head and a +1 <19> curse on it too ... i almost felt bad
