req 8 = 700k-800k
req 9 =600k - 700k
req 10 = 400-550k
req 11 = 300-400 12 and 13 usually sell for undeer 200k

Umm yea they are this much, 14^50% is crap... people don't want 14^50% so your right they can sell as low as 8k... if you see a 15^50% for 50K buy it on the spot! unless its req 12.
