eegads Frost Gate GuardianJoined Apr 2005May 20, 2005 at 4:20 PM • #3Yes it does. I used to play an E/R who used Serpent's Quickness. I've just tested it out now to be sure, and it most certainly reduced the recharge for Air Attunement.
