OK, what is a 55 monk??

I plead ignorance.....what is a 55 monk?

a build that earned me and others millions of gold last summer.

but not so useful anymore due to skill and area nerfs, so it's best to not think about it.

actually there are spots u can still farm, liek north of rankor ,harder but more of a challenge=more fun

its a monk with 5 sup runes + -50hp(to get them to 55HP) offhand and is desinged to solo farm stuff.

In my opinion 55 monks are the leading cause of bad monks in the game, please under any circumstance do not make a monk with the sole intention of him being a 55 monk.

Seconded, and for heavens sake dont start them out as Mo/W

i've got a Mo/W, but my favorite thing to do is being a Prot monk. i have to say, 55 monks are another example of when people start taking the "game" part out of "gaming" and treat it as a life or death thing that they have to succeed or be outcast in. the hardest thing though, is being a prot monk in a group with a bad healer, becaus eunless you have shield of regen and reversal of fortune every time and a huge well of energy from armor or really fast energy regen, its very hard. i dont know why people think the only challenging thing is 55'ing. go normal monks!
