He Denchanted MoR, if you look he still has MoR up and is not recharging. So he got the energy from taking off MoR and +23 from an unknown source.

The +23 would be from MoR, as at 10 points in that attribute it gives 23. Easy to have MoR up AND have +23 showing:
Cast MoR, wait 19 seconds, cast CoP, cast MoR again. +23 energy, and MoR is back up.
The +19 is the one that shouldnt be there. Probably.
Edit: MoR isn't recharging, probably just a bug. Or the picture is photoshopped.

I still don't understand how he got the +23 from MoR AND had a reapplied MoR AND had it sitting ready in his skillbar, unless the picture is photoshopped.

Only thing i can think of is that its a bug that gives +23 energy after 20 seconds even if you have a 20% enchant mod. So the enchant carries on for 24 seconds but u got the energy after 20 seconds.

if that is true..gotta try CoP'ing the MoR after those 20 secs..maybe you get another energy boost o_O

Icon bug? I've noticed the icon's have been displaying for the wrong skills.
I had nature's renewal in my bar and when I moved it flashed and became Symbiotic Bond, and then it changed back to NR.
I think we've seen a few threads here that suggests the code is buggy.

Update - Thursday March 9
Fixed the skill Mantra of Recall so that it only provides its Energy boost to the owner of the skill. Previously, a player could get an Energy boost if he removed Mantra of Recall from an enemy while he also had the same Enchantment applied to himself.
