the purpuse of this is to get hexes on you and gain health

The problem with your build is that you only have two running skills, one of which will slow you down and increase the likelihood of being mobbed/slowed and killed. You don't want hexes on you while running if you can help it. Your build may work, but it certainly won't be as fast as a runner could be.
R/Mo instead of R/Me. A -2 stance/+45 shield, a weapon with either +5 defense or +30 health and set of Druid's armor.
Escape, Storm Chaser, Dodge - cycle between these stances
Mending - at least eight points into Healing Prayers for +3 pips of regeneration
(hex/condition removal)
Healing Breeze - degeneration counter
You could always use this build...but I don't like it.

when i came up with this i was thinking of Forge run and how could i use melandrus resilance in a build

well for forge run u need Hex and Condition removal... =MONK secondary as best choice
Use Holy Veil, Smite Hex and Purge conditions... this way no points into your secondary is needed!
and I dunno what you'll do about the wurms... as a warrior i use Balanced stance + Charge.... but as a ranger runner, when 3 wurms pop and you are getting knocked down and knocked down....your prob not going to make it past the first wurm cave! I know a few R/W runner that can do droks but they use charge + balanced stance also... not sure about a R/Me... guess you could use hex breaker and shatter hex? you could use Melandru's Resilience for your counter hex/ condtions but the question still remains with the wurms?

gonna try a few runs, see how it goes, for crippled i just use Illusion of haste, and crippled goes away

actually my friend does droks runs with his ranger and he uses ranger warrior. for droks runs u need balance stance or u won't make it past the beginning. believe it or not heas the fastest droks runner there is. i think his best is like 15 min or so dunno but hes gunna teach me the build =D
