Where can I cap this? I heard in frozen forest and lornars pass. Ive been looking for like an hour, and cant find it. Can someone post a map of where it is?

I obtained that about 5 days ago from FF boss and I havn't stopped using it yet. It works so good that I had on Endure Pain along with it for the first 2 days and realised that it was not needed. I don't like the fact that you can only use 1 elete at a time, but as long as they leave defy pain alone, i'll run it till it pukes.
