Dude do not slap on any mods..
It will not add to the value of your Fell..
The buyer may have specific needs and will therefore slap on it's own mods anyways... The buyer that can afford a sword like this will have enough money to buy the mods.. No worries there..

you wont get 250k for it unmodded as its req 10 realistic 150k sure. mods are easy to change get a new one double click add to the item-replaced

and (i believe this point was raised in a similar thread some time back) if you're buying a sword, you're probably a mending w/mo anyway
