Gold Ivory Bow - Max Dmg, Odd Skin?

Ok, editing post I went ahead and ID'd it and it's slightly curious to me

Well, I was going to try and get rough estimates and go from there, but the Skin is also a "hmm" to me also.

skin a normal ivory bow. nothing odd about it. no idea till been id. which you should do
