no its common for axes to have a 7-? i think the highest might be 7-21 or something abouts

6-28 is the "normal" max dmg for axes

Make some friends, these make great noob weapons. For every noob I slay in ascalon, I always give away a bunch of free stuff, to others. I have probabaly given away close to 1 mil in items and stuffs and these are to people I do not even know. This has been over a period of several months though.
