PC on Eternal Shield Vokur's Cane

Vokur's Cane is 12k on Green Items page, but i think it's not worth that much since nobody wants to buy it. So how much will it be?
And Eternal Shield Light Blue color but dyed Silver. 16 Armor req.8 strength.

on the shield ... im assuming its just clean "white" no mods ... maybe 500gp to a new player in ascalon

OK but why do people give much more for the shield if it has -2 dmg? Thats almost nothing but they sell for like 25k?

... cuz its something opposed to nothing ... its rare aka gold not white plain .... and for -2 dmg it would only be 10k

Lol just because the letters are in yellow its worth 9.5k more? Wierd economy in GW .
