Does anyone know of a website that lists all the collectors and their locations? I need to know where the mursaat token collector is.

http://www.gwonline.net/page.php?p=139 lists some, but in truth the Prima guide is better for letting you know what they give and about where they are.

Prima Guide says nothing about Mursaat tokens. Its list of collectors ends in the Crystal Desert. I have a half dozen of these things and would love to dump them off on some NPC.
