55 monk!!!! PLZ help

I got realy bored of the healer monk game, so I recently made my monk 55hp monk, and im havin soooo many problems! i use the protective spirit and a whole bunch of other skills that are recomended on the web, but its so hard to stay alive as soon as a mesmer enters the area! PLZ give me some usefull advice on how to survive with a 55hp around a mesmer? as soon as he does shtter enchatments i die!
plz recomend builds and user tips.....cuz oviously mine doesnt work.....

use Spellbreaker {E} ?

use Search?

I hope you are not using 55 build in PvP, that will be so funny if you are.

55 monks suck in places with shatter enchantment. Thats why u shouldnt farm sorrows or desert
