I was out and about in FoW, I popped open a chest and here it was.

Halves Skill Recharge on Skills (8%)
Smiting Prayers + 1 (20%)

Any help would be great .

would salvage... have a 2/3 chance of getting a good item, the wrap and health mod are worth more than the staff itself...
