Pre Order Items. Not Working on Existing PVE????

Am I the only one who's /preorder command does not work, sorry if there is something that has been answered before, but it is odd.

Do the command in a town or outpost, it's disabled if your out on a mission or in the explore zones.

I dont think your suppsose to even get the preorder items untill factions come out...

I picked up 2 copies of the preorder, one for my account, and one for my boyfriend's. They added fine to both, but the /preorder command only works on mine (which was a Prophecies preorder too), but not his (which was just a standard purchase after release).

/preorder only triggers for those who have a prophecies pre-order item.
While it only triggers for original pre-order keys, it still gives us the factions pre-order items.
Now, for Prophecies, we couldn't get our items till the game was released. SOOO, the bug most likely is not that some of us CAN'T get the items, the bug most likely is that some of us CAN.
Anyway, that is what I think.

have you tried doing the /preorde command in an outpost? it wont work in a mission or outside of towns.
