Which ranger secondary should i choose?

Can anyone give me any suggestion into what i should choose as my new secondary for my ranger? i jus ascended my ranger/mesmer and am thinking of going ranger/warrior or ranger/monk. i probably want to farm and/or do runs with my new build. any info will help.
