ouch ... the not being maxed kills it ... personaly id say customize it and use it 
might be able to sell for 20-25k ... or you could exp salvage ... theres a 2/3 chance you will get a perf mod

I would salvage and hope for either mod, I hope you didn't mod a non max weapon with these mods, but you might be able to get a 20k+ from someone that would risk salvaging it

If you intend to use it, I see NO problem whatsoever with you adding those mods to it.
