lol. if it drops with 2 perfect mods + perfect req and no dmg mod this must be the strangest drop ever.
don't think it can go any higher than 150-200k without dmg mod

I agree with the price, though req 7 is perfect req, and I have never seen such a drop, where a very rare skin drops with 2 perfect mods
