WTB Perfect Hammer, Perfect Sword, Perfect or Good shields

I'm looking for perfect sundering hammers or fortitude, perfect furious swords of fortitude, shields +30 always and -5dmg(20%) or any shield as close to that as possible. Please list what you have and the price.

Oh and, clean max swords 15 >50 are also fine with me.
