15k enchatners armor

So I just bought the enchanters body piece that cost 15k, and I put it on. I noticed there was no look difference. Is this just me or are the devs really mean?

it also happen to many other armor... I am just hoping that they are working on it... AND THAT THEY WOULD CHANGE THE ONE WE MADE ALREADY... or esle... be prepared to spend another 15k and the material for the same darn armor with new look after they update it.
