PC on Golden Sundering Eternal bow of Skeletonslaying

How much is this golden bow worth?

Salvage it for the upgrades or sell it to the merchant if you are afraid of getting wood or the grip.

... Is this not worth more? Like 50k or something? What if i buy a fortitude upgrade for it?

Refrain from putting any mod on this.

A high-end bow has a middle mod that is like:
Damage +15% (While Health above 50%)
or
Damage +20% (While Health below 50%)

Your bow doesn't have any middle mod, which makes it practically impossible to sell to anyone.

From my experience some ppl just like the fact that the bow is golden; you should be able to sell it in Ascalon for 3-5k even if the bow is not worth that much.

How much does the upgrade component for +15 dmg while enchanted costs?

u cant buy it.. the inherit bonus (damage mod for rangers and warriors) comes with the weapon.

with staffs u got cast time and recharge time mods who cant b slavaged either
