The mods add up to around 20-25k, low req, perfect skill recharge mod but a lacking fast cast mod.

I would shoot for 30-35k.

you wont get it ... death necros need fast cast ... and never try to sell a weapon for it + mods try it +1/2 the mods price

15-20k max imo.
